Welcome to Atomicaction, an application developed and operated by Yuzu Works (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use the Atomicaction mobile application.

Atomicaction helps you create focused actions, use timers, build routines, and view progress. We do not require you to create an account to use the app, and we do not sell your personal information.

• Action, Routine, and Progress Data: The actions, descriptions, steps, timer settings, routines, completed actions, and progress information you create in Atomicaction are stored on your device, unless a future version clearly states otherwise.
• Device and Diagnostic Information: We may receive limited technical information, such as app version, device type, operating system version, and crash or performance data, when needed to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
• Advertising Information: Atomicaction is free to use and supported by ads provided through Google advertising services. Google and its advertising partners may collect or receive certain information from your device, such as IP address, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interaction information, and diagnostic or performance information. This information may be used to provide, measure, limit, and improve advertising, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.

We use information to provide and maintain Atomicaction, save your actions and routines on your device, display progress, improve app reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Advertising partners may use information as described in their own privacy policies to serve, measure, and improve ads. Where required, we will request consent or provide privacy choices before requesting ads.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Atomicaction uses Google Mobile Ads services to display advertisements. Google’s collection and use of information is governed by its applicable privacy policies and terms. We may also use third-party service providers for technical operations, such as crash reporting or analytics, if they are included in a version of the app. Any such providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your actions, routines, timer data, and progress data are retained on your device for as long as you keep the app and its stored data. Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device.

Information collected by third-party advertising or technical service providers is retained according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.

6. Children’s Privacy

Atomicaction is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can address the request.
